Please let us know as soon as possible in writing to confirm this to the organiser. Should a substitution not be possible, cancellations received prior to 8 weeks before the event will be refunded in full,between 8 weeks and the event itself 50% of the pre VAT price will be payable. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time.
